Who PaintingPPC
is not for.

One painter per market means every client we sign locks up a whole city. Take on a bad fit and that market is burned for as long as they stay. So we turn people away, on purpose, and this page is the list we turn away.

Why we're picky about this

Most agencies can absorb a bad-fit client: the retainer clears either way, and there are four more clients in the same trade to make the case studies. We can't. When we take a painter, we've committed our only slot in that city to them.

If the campaign works but the client can't turn calls into jobs, we still lose the market. That's why the filter below exists. It isn't attitude, it's how the one-painter model survives.

The list

We're not for you if you...

  • 01

Can't answer the phone fast. A homeowner who searched "painters near me" is calling the next name on the list within minutes. If calls roll to voicemail all day, the ads pay for your competitor's dinner.

  • 02

Won't track estimates or signed jobs. Our whole model is judged in cost per booked job. If you won't tell us which leads turned into estimates and which estimates got signed, neither of us can know if this is working.

  • 03

Want the cheapest lead possible. Google Ads leads are exclusive and high-intent, and they cost accordingly. If the only number you care about is cost per lead, you'll always find something cheaper and worse.

  • 04

Want shared-lead volume like Angi or HomeAdvisor. Those platforms sell one homeowner to several painters and let you race for the callback. That firehose model is the opposite of what we build, and we can't out-cheap it.

  • 05

Only want tiny touch-up jobs. Paid search math works when a booked job is worth real money. If your target job is a two-hour touch-up, the click costs will eat the margin before the ladder is off the truck.

  • 06

Have no capacity for more estimates. If your crews are booked out for months and you can't add capacity, more calls just means more homeowners you disappoint. Come back when you're ready to grow.

  • 07

Won't give feedback on lead quality. We tune campaigns on what you tell us: which calls were solid, which were junk. Silence means we're optimizing blind, and blind optimization is just spending.

  • 08

Expect ads to fix a broken sales process. Ads put a real homeowner on your phone. If estimates don't get followed up and quotes sit unanswered for a week, no campaign fixes that, and we won't pretend it will.

Who we ARE for

  • 01

You answer the phone, or someone on your team does, during business hours.

  • 02

You want bigger repaint and exterior jobs, not a volume game of scraps.

  • 03

You'll track what happens after the call and tell us straight when a lead was junk.

  • 04

You have crew capacity to grow and want your city locked up before a competitor takes the slot.

Still here?
