The short answer

Not another agency
with a painting page.

PaintingPPC is a Google Ads agency that works exclusively with painting contractors. We run Search-only campaigns, track signed jobs instead of raw leads, and take exactly one painter per market. And the ad account belongs to you, not to us.

Side by side

The comparison, in one table

"Painter marketing agency" covers a lot of ground. Here is where we sit next to the typical one, line by line, so you can ask the right questions on anyone's sales call, including ours.

What matters PaintingPPC Typical painter agency
Works only with painters Yes Sometimes
PPC-first Yes, it's the whole agency One service of many
Google Search only Yes, by default Often Search + PMax + Display
Client owns the ad account Always Not always, ask
Judged in signed jobs Yes, cost per booked job Usually leads and CPL
One painter per city Yes, structural Rare
Direct access to the media buyer Yes, same person on every call Usually an account manager
Painter-only negative keyword library Yes, years of it Generic lists
Contract Month to month Often 6 to 12 months

None of this is a knock on any specific shop. "Typical" means the pattern we see most, not a rule about everyone.

Where a typical agency is the better pick

We would be lying if we said the answer is always us, so here is the honest cut. A full-service generalist beats us when:

  • 01

You run several trades under one roof. If you need painting, roofing, and remodeling marketed under one contract, a multi-trade agency saves you the coordination headache. We only take the painting work.

  • 02

Social and brand work is the priority. If the main job is Instagram content, brand video, and community presence rather than booked estimates from search, hire people who wake up thinking about that. We don't.

  • 03

You want the cheapest possible retainer. There will always be someone cheaper, and if lowest monthly cost is the deciding factor, take that deal. Our model is built around owning one market well, not being the budget option.

Before you ask

Fair questions

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes, always. The account lives in your name and you keep full admin access the whole time. If we ever part ways, the account, its history, and everything built inside it stays with you. No hostage situation.

Do you run Performance Max?

Not by default. We run Google Search campaigns, because a painter's best lead is a homeowner actively typing "painters near me" into Google. If a different campaign type ever makes sense for your account, we make the case in plain terms first, and you can say no.

What does 'one painter per market' actually cover?

The city or service area we agree on before you sign. While you're a client, we will not run Google Ads for another painting company competing for the same searches. First painter in holds the market, and it stays yours for as long as you're with us.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, always. No 6 to 12 month lock-in, no cancellation fee. The one-painter rule only works if we earn the market every month, so the contract is short on purpose.
